Commercial pepper spice powder grinder cumin coriander seeds grinding machine
BS pulverizer machine is used in pharmaceutical, chemical, food and other industries for grinding dry and fragile materials. Materials with low softening point and high viscosity are not suitable for this machine. This machine is simple in structure, solid and durable, and convenient in use and maintenance, boasting high productivity and smooth operation.
Working method:
The crushed raw materials are sent to the crushing host by the feeding machine, and the relative movement between the fixed plate and the movable hammer blade is used to make the material be impacted in the cavity of the machine to obtain crushing quickly. A sieve is installed in the pulverizing chamber. After the pulverized material is subjected to centrifugal force, the powder particles smaller than the pore size of the sieve will be thrown out of the sieve and then discharged out of the pulverizer chamber. Large particles will continue to be pulverized. The ultra-fine powder is separated into the dust removal system to achieve continuous production without dust.
Main features:
1. The machine has simple structure, firm, smooth operation and good crushing effect, the crushed material can be discharged directly from the grinding chamber of the main machine.
2. The particle size is obtained by changing the mesh screen with different pore sizes, the machine body is made of stainless steel, the machine is equipped with vacuuming cabinet, effectively solve the problem of dust flying and material recycling.
3. The inner wall of the machine case has been machined to achieve smooth surface. changed the previous machine wall rough, powder phenomenon, so that drugs, food, chemical production more in line with the national standards, meet the requirements of GMP.
