Production Of Powder Sugar Grinding Mill:
BSG sugar processing machinery is a kind of high efficiency sugar factory designed and developed by our company. This machine has good grinding effect on crystal materials such as sugar, salt and baking soda. It is also suitable for grinding spices, herbs, grains, etc. There are two kinds of knives for you to choose from. One is hammer type and the other is disc type. The effect of disc grinding is slightly better than that of hammer grinding, that is, the effect of disc grinding is better than that of hammer grinding. The disc type is more likely to generate heat than the hammer type. When the material is highly heat sensitive, hammerhead is preferred.
Working Method Of Powder Sugar Grinding Mill:
The material is crushed by the high-speed relative motion of the moving fixed disk and the rotating disk, the impact of the grooved disk, the friction and mutual impact of the material. The crushed materials can be directly discharged from the crushing chamber of the crusher, and the required particle size can be obtained by installing screens with different pore sizes.
