Product Introduction :

Working method :

The raw materials are conveyed to the mill chamber by the screw feeder, and sheared by the eddy current and high frequency vibration generated by the high-speed cutting machine. Due to the negative pressure, the powdery powder enters the total wheel. Through the rotation of the classification wheel and the centrifugal force of the air knife, the powder with a particle size larger than the classification particle size is returned to the grinding chamber. The qualified powder will enter the pipeline and be discharged.

Main features :

1. Very fine powder manufacturing. In the food industry, materials can be ground to more than 300 Mesh (such as rice, Turmeric) ; in the chemical industry, materials can be ground to more than 1000 Mesh. (EG TALC)

2. When the crushing chamber is in operation, the particle size of powder can be changed by frequency conversion and speed regulation without the need of screen or Mesh.

3. No dust in the production process, dust can be collected in the dust collection box.
