Product Description:
BSP seaweed powder grinder is made up of crusher, cyclone, dust collector, blower and electric control box with the capabilities of winnowing, non-sieve or mesh, equality of granule size, and continuous processing etc. It adopts advanced world famous brand motor ,electric parts,bearing and operation parts,it meets the international advanced level and is suitable for the material grinding by the trade of pharmaceutics, chemical, and foodstuff etc.
Working method:
Raw material is delivered to the grinding chamber via hopper by spiral feeder, and is cut and sheared by the high speed cutters, then the material is moved into the whirlwind separator and the sack dust catcher by the negative pressure sucking method, the ejection material meets the product requirement.
Main components:
1) Simple structure ,easy in installation and maintenance.
2) No dust during production, and dust can be collected in dust collecting box.
3)No need screen, particle size can be changed by change speed; particle size varies from 80 to 500 mesh.
4) Around mill chamber and bearing, there is water-cooling jacket to cool the machine.
