Working Method:
The belt mixer is mainly composed of a mixing barrel, a mixer and a driving device. The double-twisted belt rotates together with the main shaft in the u-shaped barrel. The outer spiral belt pushes the material toward the center from both ends, and the inner spiral belt pushes the material toward the center from the center to both ends. In this way, material consistency is achieved. The discharge port is located in the center of the bottom, and the material can be completely discharged with the help of the external ribbon.

4. In the mixing structure, the forward and reverse rotating screw rods are installed on the same horizontal axis to form a mixing environment with low power and high efficiency.
