Description:
We distribute SKAI branded multi-purpose handheld laser processing heads, covering conventional welding dual-cooling options and professional dedicated laser cleaning models. The whole SK series is tuned for 1070nm±20 fiber laser systems, with differentiated lens configurations, line spot ranges and body weights to split welding, rust removal, surface descaling two major usage scenarios, forming a segmented product matrix different from ordinary single-function welding torches.

Conventional Welding Series: SKH1 / SKH2 / SKH4
SKH1: Standard 2000W welding model with classic D20 optical set, balanced weight of 0.6KG, suitable for daily batch metal welding work.
SKH2: Dual cooling adaptable design, freely match air-cooled 2000W or water-cooled 3000W laser hosts, one model fits both portable field operation and long-hour factory production.
SKH4: Ultra-light 0.55KG lightweight body with D16 collimating lens, long-shift handheld fatigue is greatly reduced for all-day continuous operation.
Professional Cleaning Special Model:SKS1 (Clean)
Exclusive high-power 3000W cleaning configuration, matched with D25.4-F1000 focusing lens and ultra-wide 0–300mm line spot range, specially developed for heavy rust removal, coating stripping, oxide layer cleaning and large-area surface pretreatment work, cannot be replaced by ordinary welding heads.
Besides common stainless steel welding, hardware fabrication and pipeline installation, the SKS2 cleaning model is widely used in mold rust removal, ship surface descaling, construction metal paint stripping, automotive part oxide cleaning and other surface treatment industries.
All units come with complete standard supporting accessories upon delivery. We support bulk supply for regional distributors and factory end users, and can assemble matched consumable packages according to your actual processing needs.
