The BriskSpring T2-S3G-BS is a reusable whole house sediment pre-filter designed for compatible municipal tap water systems.
Installed at the main water inlet, the filter helps intercept visible sand, rust particles, pipe debris and suspended sediment before water reaches downstream cartridge filters, water heaters, softeners and household plumbing equipment.
The unit combines a 40 micron SUS316L stainless steel filter mesh with an internal scraper and bottom drain structure. Users can manually clean the mesh and discharge accumulated sediment without frequently replacing disposable filter cartridges.
With a listed flow rate of 4 m3/h and optional 3/4 inch or 1 inch connections, the product can be evaluated for residential and light-commercial inlet water pre-filtration.
The reusable SUS316L stainless steel mesh provides a listed filtration accuracy of 40 microns and helps reduce visible sediment entering downstream water equipment.
The internal scraper helps loosen particles attached to the mesh surface. Sediment can then be discharged through the bottom drain.
Unlike disposable coarse sediment cartridges, the stainless steel mesh can be cleaned and reused. Actual service life depends on water quality, operating conditions and maintenance.
The listed water flow is 4 m3/h or 17.6 GPM for compatible whole house and light-commercial water supply applications.
The transparent housing allows users to observe sediment buildup and determine when flushing or maintenance is required.
The product sheet lists H59-1 brass for the main connector components and SUS316L stainless steel for the filtration mesh.
The filter uses manual mechanical cleaning and does not require an electrical connection or electronic controller.

Municipal tap water enters the brass filter head and flows through the 40 micron SUS316L mesh.
Visible sediment and suspended particles are intercepted by the mesh before the water continues to downstream pipes and equipment.
During maintenance, the user operates the scraper mechanism to help remove particles from the mesh surface. Opening the bottom drain allows loosened sediment and flushing water to be discharged through the connected drain pipe.
The product is designed for sediment pre-filtration. It does not replace fine cartridge filtration, activated carbon treatment, reverse osmosis, disinfection or ion-exchange water softening.
Installing the filter before cartridge housings, softeners, water heaters and other equipment helps reduce the amount of coarse sediment entering downstream components.
The reusable 40 micron mesh can serve as an upstream protection stage before finer sediment cartridges, potentially reducing coarse particle loading on the downstream filters.
The transparent filter bottle allows users to monitor sediment accumulation without opening the housing.
