Working Principle and Technology
Working Principle Overview
Our SAAS water descaler uses a purely physical water treatment technology based on a patented multi-alloy material. It does not use salt, chemicals, or ion exchange, and therefore does not change the natural composition of water.
How It Works
When water flows through the SAAS alloy structure, a micro-electrical field is generated on the material surface. This field affects the behavior of calcium and magnesium ions in the water, preventing them from combining with carbonate ions to form hard calcium carbonate scale crystals. Instead, the minerals remain in a suspended state and are carried away with the water flow.
Dual Function: Anti-Scaling & Descaling
Anti-scaling: Prevents the formation of new scale by modifying the crystallization process of calcium carbonate, making it less likely to adhere to pipe and equipment surfaces.
Descaling: Gradually loosens existing scale by weakening the bond between scale layers and metal surfaces, allowing old deposits to detach over time.
