As we know, usually, there are three ways to transfer heat, Radiation, Convection, Conduction and their thermal efficiency decrease in turn. Most Equipment is mainly by convection to heat air first and then, the heated air transfer to object. Heat loss is big. But, differently, infrared burner heat object directly by radiation and transfer rate will be much higher, usually it can save 10~20% gas energy and cost.
For common ceramic burner, it heats ceramic plate and then ceramic plate release infrared ray. But Purple Horn infrared burner covers a process rare earth as catalyst, make the flameless burning occurred at the ceramic surface and radiate directly. So, the energy transfer rate is much higher than common ceramic burner.

This heater uses catalytic combustion technology, has a higher heat conversion capacity. Under the same air consumption, it releases more heat and produces less waste gas.
1. Economical & Energy saving: in the same power, our heater saves 30%~60% cost than electric heater.
2. Environmental protection: CO≤80ppm;NOx≤10ppm;CHx≤50ppm
3. High efficiency: thermal conversion rate ≥90%
4. Flameout protection device: when the flameout occurs, the valve automatically closes the gas to prevent gas leakage.
5. Radiation area: suspended from the ground at 0.9 ~ 1.5m high radiation area of 10 ~ 20 square meters, heating 600 ~ 1500 chickens.

1. Gas types: natural gas, liquefied gas, propane gas, biogas (limited to manual ignition)
2. Working gas source: natural gas / liquefied gas - 2800 ~ 5000pa; biogas more than 8000pa.
When the air pressure is much higher than the working pressure, should to install pressure reducing valve at front (such as liquefied gas); when below the operating pressure, it’s required to install pressure pump(such as biogas).
3. Working environment: keep air circulation when indoor use.
