Narrow Aisle Telescopic Cantilever Rack, Compact Retractable Arm Storage for Space Limited Factory
Narrow aisle telescopic cantilever rack is redeveloped and optimized for factories with narrow internal operation aisles and high space utilization demands. We shorten the minimum reserved aisle width required for material access by optimizing cantilever telescopic stroke and frame overall width, breaking the aisle restriction of traditional cantilever racks and adapting to compact high-density warehouse layout.
The main frame adopts thin-wall high-strength profiled steel to reduce outer frame occupied size without weakening load-bearing performance. The telescopic arms adopt short-stroke high-efficiency stretching logic, which can expose the material picking area completely with shorter extension distance, lowering the width threshold of supporting operation aisles. The internal sliding rails are embedded inside the arm body to reduce horizontal occupied space of transmission parts.
All structural stress points are reinforced with folded edge process to disperse bearing pressure evenly and avoid local deformation under full load. The anti-slip rubber strips on the arm surface are upgraded to integrated grooved anti-offset structure to fix long sheets stably in narrow aisles and prevent lateral sliding during picking. The whole rack can be arranged densely side by side to maximize long-material storage quantity per square meter.
Compared with ordinary telescopic cantilever racks, this narrow aisle version improves unit area storage capacity by more than 60% in compact workshops. It solves the storage bottleneck of long-format raw materials in narrow-space factories, and is the preferred storage solution for high-rent industrial parks and small-sized processing plants.

A: It supports normal material access in a 1.2-meter narrow aisle, far lower than the 2.5m threshold of conventional cantilever racks.
