Each bay installs independent mechanical lock catch, which locks the drawer position fully after extension to eliminate random sliding during sheet lifting and loading.
The rack base is fitted with enlarged solid steel foot plates and pre-drilled bolt holes for floor anchoring, enhancing overall anti-tilt performance when storing uneven weight thick plates. Vertical upright storage keeps heavy slabs standing straight without bending deformation that may occur under horizontal stacking weight pressure. This structure fully complies with industrial heavy load storage standards for metal raw material yards and large fabrication factories.
