Standard fixed-size mold shelves cannot adapt to diversified storage demands of different heights and weights of plastic molds, die-casting molds and stamping molds, resulting in space waste and poor matching. Our fully customizable adjustable mold drawer rack supports full-dimensional personalized adjustment, perfectly matching various non-standard workshop spaces and multi-specification mold storage needs.
This mold rack supports flexible configuration of 3–10 storage layers, with freely adjustable layer height from 200mm to 800mm, adapting to ultra-thin small molds and super-high large molds. All parameters including shelf overall size, single-layer load capacity, drawer width and appearance color can be customized according to customer workshop layout and mold specifications, realizing zero-waste personalized storage.
Equipped with industrial-grade double safety lock system, each drawer is designed with automatic locking devices at fully extended and fully closed positions, effectively preventing accidental sliding caused by workshop vibration, equipment collision and human error. The built-in anti-tilt limit structure keeps the drawer horizontal under full load, completely eliminating safety hazards such as mold falling and shelf tipping.
The main frame adopts integral welding and secondary stress relief process, with strong structural stability and impact resistance. Modular splicing design facilitates global container transportation, on-site rapid assembly and later free expansion.
