Mold repair station combined mold rack integrates mold storage drawer and independent integrated maintenance operating platform into one integrated frame, realizing mold storage, disassembly, polishing, testing placement integrated workflow without separately arranging independent mold repair tables beside warehouse racks, saving extra workshop floor space.
The right side of the rack reserves multi-layer standard mold storage drawers for classified placement of standby and semi-finished molds; the left side equips an integrated thick steel maintenance platform with anti-slip patterned surface, matched with surrounding anti-collision safety guardrail to form stable mold disassembly operation area. The platform surface thickness reaches 6mm to bear heavy molds during disassembly and grinding work.
Below the maintenance platform is reserved open storage space for placing mold repair tools, polishing equipment, cleaning agents and spare mold components. Vertical upright columns of storage drawers retain adjustable layer height function to match different specification standby molds. All drawer safety locking and anti-fall limit devices are fully retained consistent with standard mold racks.
The integrated combined design shortens the transfer distance between mold storage and repair stations, eliminating repeated mold handling between separate storage racks and repair tables and improving mold maintenance overall efficiency for mold repair centralized workshops.

A: The 6mm thick patterned steel platform bears full mold weight during disassembly, surrounding guardrail prevents mold sliding off during operation.
