Patent anti-toppling dual post mold rack upgrades conventional two-column frame with patented integrated rear anti-overturn tie rod assembly, forming triangular stable force-bearing structure to balance gravity offset generated by fully pulled heavy drawers. The main upright adopts 12# thick channel steel integral bending molding, eliminating local stress deformation after long-term full-load operation.
Each drawer board uses 2.0mm folded edge thick steel plate, bottom equipped with 6 groups of triangular reinforcing ribs to evenly disperse mold weight. High-precision double-row roller slide rail is embedded inside frame, friction resistance reduced by 60% compared with ordinary single-row rails, single operator can smoothly pull drawers loaded with 1000–1500kg molds without auxiliary tools.
Equipped with triple safety interlock mechanism: mechanical positioning lock pin, over-pull travel limiter and rear anti-tie rod buffer stopper. All metal contact edges are fully polished without sharp protrusions to protect mold outer surface coating during repeated access. Vertical upright reserves dense 75mm equidistant adjusting holes, users can freely adjust each layer height to match multi-height plastic shell molds, electronic inserts and small stamping dies.
Matte oil-resistant epoxy powder coating passes 72-hour salt spray test, resisting workshop cutting oil, release agent and dust adhesion. Multiple single units can be spliced side by side via cross connecting fasteners to form integrated mold storage wall for standardized mass production workshops.
