Production line side bin flow rack is tailor-made for lean manufacturing kanban material supply, compact low-depth frame design to occupy minimal floor space alongside assembly stations while providing continuous on-demand component supply. Operators only retrieve materials from the front picking face, and new replenished bins automatically slide forward to maintain uninterrupted production rhythm.
The upright frame adopts thin-wall high-rigidity cold-formed steel to reduce overall rack footprint, matched with lightweight silent plastic flow rollers optimized for small plastic turnover bins, electronic component boxes and hardware fastener trays. The overall height is controlled within 2.2m to fit human ergonomic operation range, minimizing repeated bending and stretching during long shift work.
Dual-side limit guard strips are mounted on both sides of each roller track to prevent lightweight empty bins from sliding sideways during gravity movement. Multi-layer dense roller layout evenly distributes bin weight to avoid local track deformation after long-term cyclic loading. All exposed metal edges are fully rounded and polished to eliminate scratch risks for operators and plastic containers.
Independent side material temporary storage shelf and tool hanging hooks can be customized on rack sides to integrate component storage, spare tool placement and waste bin positioning into one unified workstation unit, simplifying on-site lean 5S management standards.
