Cold Storage Anti-Rust Gravity Flow Rack, Low Temperature Resistant FIFO Roller Shelving for Freezer Warehouse
Cold storage, freezer and constant temperature warehouses have harsh environments such as low temperature, high humidity and heavy frost. Ordinary shelves are prone to rust, roller jamming and structural loosening in long-term low-temperature and humid environments, affecting storage safety and service life. Our low-temperature resistant anti-rust gravity flow rack is specially developed for cold chain warehouse storage scenarios.
The whole equipment adopts upgraded anti-rust and anti-condensation treatment process. The steel frame undergoes multi-stage degreasing, pickling and phosphating anti-rust pretreatment, matched with low-temperature resistant electrostatic powder coating, which can resist high humidity, frost and low-temperature erosion in cold storage, avoiding rust and paint peeling.
The roller track adopts full galvanized anti-corrosion structure with special low-temperature lubrication treatment, which can operate stably at -25°C low temperature without jamming, freezing and failure. It overcomes a prevalent industry issue: conventional rollers suffer from icing and slipping in cold surroundings, enabling consistent continuous goods circulation in cold warehouses.
The FIFO automatic circulation mode is very suitable for cold chain food, frozen products and fresh-keeping materials, effectively avoiding long-term storage and deterioration of cold chain goods. The sealed anti-moisture structure ensures long-term stable operation in humid and low-temperature environments, reducing equipment maintenance frequency and replacement cost of cold storage warehouses.
