1 Product Introduction

  The 22.2V‑27Ah solid-state lithium-ion battery pack is designed for high-power industrial mobile systems requiring stable power supply and improved operational safety. With a nominal voltage of 22.2V, capacity of 27Ah and energy rating of 599Wh, this 6S battery achieves a gravimetric energy density of 254.68 Wh/kg. It features a compact dimension of 213.0 × 91.0 × 65.0 mm and a unit weight of 2.352 kg, striking an optimal balance between power output and payload weight constraints for field-deployed equipment.
  This battery pack has passed the full UN38.3 test suite, covering altitude simulation, thermal cycling, vibration, mechanical shock, short-circuit and crush tests. Classified as UN3480 Class 9 dangerous goods, it is supplied with complete MSDS as well as maritime, land and air transport assessment reports to facilitate cross-border logistics. Each battery shall be handled with anti-short-circuit measures and packed in sturdy outer packaging complying with IATA and IMDG requirements.
  The pack supports a maximum charging current of 54A and a charge cut-off voltage of 25.2V. Adopting NCM solid-state cell technology, it offers better thermal stability compared with conventional liquid lithium-ion cells, mitigating the risk of thermal runaway during sustained heavy-load operation. Important note: This battery must be used with matching external protection hardware and cannot operate independently.
