1. High Transparency & Visual Monitoring
This pin-cushion type liquid ton bag is made of transparent PE/PA materials, allowing direct visual inspection of the internal liquid volume and state without opening the bag. It is convenient for inventory management and real-time monitoring of liquid consumption in industrial production.
2. Strong Mechanical Toughness
With a tensile strength of ≥30MPa for nylon (PA) bags and ≥20MPa for normal PE bags, the ton bag has excellent resistance to tearing and puncturing during transportation and handling. Its elongation at break reaches ≥45% for PA bags and ≥200% for PE bags, ensuring structural integrity under heavy load.
3. Food-Grade Safe Material
Adopting food-grade PE and PA raw materials that comply with food contact safety standards, the ton bag is non-toxic and odorless, and does not react with food liquids such as syrup, dairy products and fruit juice. It meets the hygiene requirements of food liquid packaging and storage.
4. Broad Industrial Applicability
Suitable for packaging non-hazardous liquids including syrup, dairy products, daily chemicals, edible oil and lubricant, the ton bag can adapt to different viscosity liquids and is compatible with industrial filling and dispensing equipment, covering food, daily chemical and industrial fields.

The ton bag is suitable for packaging hot liquid foods such as hot syrup. It also has good resistance to non-hazardous chemicals, and can store daily chemical products and industrial lubricants without material degradation.
