The surface is pre-treated with epoxy primer before fireproof coating, ensuring adhesion ≥1.5MPa and weather resistance (no cracking after 1000 hours of artificial aging). Factory prefabrication rate ≥90% ensures coating uniformity, with dimension error ≤±1mm. It complies with GB 50017-2017 and AISC 360 standards, supporting customization of fire resistance duration (1.5-3 hours), span (10m-30m), and frame configuration.
