The large diameter electrofusion coupler connects two PE pipes of the same size with a fully welded electrofusion joint — no gaskets, no mechanical clamps and no future maintenance. It is the workhorse fitting for pipe-to-pipe repair, extension and new construction on large-diameter water mains, gas networks, sewerage and mining pipelines from DN450 to DN630mm.
Designed for SDR 17-26 heavy-wall PE pipes with a 4mm manual pin, the coupler is compatible with a wide range of electrofusion welding machines — the operator reads the fusion parameters moulded on the fitting body and enters them manually.
Manufactured from virgin PE100 black polyethylene, rated water PN10 and gas 6 bar. Operating temperature range: -10°C to +40°C.

A manual pin coupler has no automatic identification chip; the welder reads the fusion parameters moulded on the fitting body and the operator enters them manually. This makes it compatible with a wider range of electrofusion machines.
The coupler is designed for SDR 17-26 PE pipes in sizes DN450, DN500, DN560 and DN630. Rated water PN10 and gas 6 bar.
Very large fittings need more energy to complete the fusion. The DN560 and DN630 references are welded in two electrofusion cycles (dual shot) to achieve a complete, uniform joint.
The standard MOQ is 100 pieces per size, but we are flexible for trial orders. Smaller sample quantities are available for evaluation. Contact us with your required sizes and quantity for a tailored quote.
