PE100 Large-Diameter Branch Saddle | Under Strap | Manual Pin | 110/125mm Outlet

The large-diameter electrofusion branch saddle with under strap is engineered for heavy branching on larger PE mains, with 110mm or 125mm outlets on main bodies from DN225 to DN630. The sacrificial under strap provides cost- and time-efficient installation while ensuring effective clamping forces are maintained during the fusion cycle on larger mains pipe.

This is a manual pin 4.0mm fitting. Welding parameters are moulded into the body of the fitting for easy reference, compatible with standard Fusamatic electrofusion welding systems. Rated Water PN16 / Gas 10 Bar.

Manufactured from virgin PE100 black polyethylene. Suitable for gas, water, wastewater, irrigation and mining applications. Operating temperature range: −10°C to +40°C.

Covers a wide SDR range of 11–26 (225/250mm bodies: SDR 11–21), making it versatile across different pipe wall thicknesses. 10 standard references in total.
