Product Description

This PE100 extra-large diameter electrofusion coupler (electrofusion sleeve) with 4.0mm manual pin is designed for joining large PE pipes from DN450 to DN630 in gas, water, wastewater, irrigation and mining applications. Manufactured from virgin PE100 black polyethylene.

Engineered for large-diameter transmission mains, these couplers provide fully welded, leak-free joints for high-capacity pipeline systems. The production quality, reliability and flexibility of electrofusion fittings give contractors the certainty needed for large-scale polyethylene pipe jointing.

For DN560 and DN630 sizes, a dual-shot (DS) welding procedure is required — two sequential electrofusion cycles. Rising pin fusion indicators allow easy visual monitoring throughout the process. Operating temperature range: -10°C to +40°C.
