Product Description

This PE100 large-diameter electrofusion coupler with 4.0mm manual pin is designed for joining large PE pipes from DN450 to DN630 in gas, water, wastewater, irrigation and mining applications. The SDR17-26 thin-wall design offers a lighter, more cost-effective solution for lower-pressure large pipeline systems.

Manufactured from virgin PE100 black polyethylene with water rating PN10 and gas rating 6 Bar. The thinner wall reduces fitting weight, material cost and handling effort compared to SDR11 versions — ideal for irrigation, wastewater outfall, and low-pressure water transmission mains.

For DN560 and DN630 sizes, a dual-shot (DS) welding procedure is required. Rising pin fusion indicators allow easy visual monitoring. Operating temperature range: -10°C to +40°C.

Extra-large diameter fittings are heavy and bulky. We use specialized plywood crating and container loading to ensure safe delivery to your project site.
