PE100 Electrofusion Multiseal Tapping Saddle | 63mm Outlet with Built-In Cutter

The Multiseal tapping saddle with tube (63mm outlet) is the complete branch kit of the Multiseal range: the fitting is supplied with its built-in cutter tube, which locks into the integral cutter and allows a leak-free cut-through of the mains pipe — delivering a direct, one-operation branch connection from a live or dead main.

It covers the largest mains in the range: DN250 to DN450mm (including a combined 400–450mm size), spanning SDR 11–21. The 63mm high-flow outlet serves heavy-demand services in gas, water, mining and irrigation networks.

Manufactured from virgin PE100 black polyethylene, rated PN16 for water and 10 bar for gas. For UK gas applications: 5.5 bar Class B / 7 bar Class C (size and outlet dependent). Operating temperature range: −10°C to +40°C.

Note: The "T" suffix indicates the fitting is supplied with a cutter tube. The 400–450*63 size is a combined fitting covering both 400mm and 450mm mains (H1 258mm for 400mm, 283mm for 450mm).
