PE100 Compact Branch Saddle | Underclamp | 4mm Auto Pin | Small-Bore 20-63mm

The compact electrofusion branch saddle with underclamp provides small-bore service connections on smaller PE mains, with outlets from 20mm up to 63mm — ideal for taking off domestic services, irrigation laterals or small bypass lines.

The sacrificial toggle-clamp underpart snaps quickly into place — saving installer time, avoiding the need for specialist tooling, and providing proof of clamping during the fusion cycle before being removed.

Manufactured from virgin PE100 black polyethylene with a 4mm automatic pin that reads the correct welding parameters automatically. Rated Water PN16 / Gas 10 Bar. Suitable for gas, water, mining and irrigation applications.

Fits main bodies from DN40 to DN90 (SDR 11 – 17.6) with 20/25/32/40/50/63mm outlets — 12 standard references. Operating temperature range: −10°C to +40°C.
