PE100 Heavy-Duty Branch Saddle | Underclamp | 4mm Auto Pin | Large-Bore 90-125mm

The heavy-duty electrofusion branch saddle with underclamp provides large-bore high-flow branches on larger PE mains, with outlets of 90mm, 110mm or 125mm — ideal for main-to-main connections, large bypasses, trunk-line off-takes and high-capacity service connections.

The bolted underclamp secures the saddle firmly to the main pipe during installation and provides visual proof of clamping throughout the fusion cycle, ensuring a consistent, high-integrity joint on larger-diameter mains.

Manufactured from virgin PE100 black polyethylene with a 4mm automatic pin that reads the correct welding parameters automatically. Rated Water PN16 / Gas 10 Bar. Suitable for gas, water, mining and irrigation applications requiring high-flow branching.

Fits main bodies from DN90 to DN250 (SDR 11 – 17.6) with 90/110/125mm outlets — 11 standard references. Operating temperature range: −10°C to +40°C.
