A PE100 electrofusion 45° elbow changes the direction of a polyethylene pipeline by 45 degrees with a gentle, sweeping radius. Compared to sharper bends, the 45° angle produces significantly lower flow resistance, helping maintain pressure and throughput in long-distance gas, water and irrigation networks.
This range uses a 4.0mm Fusamatic automatic pin, which automatically reads the correct welding parameters from the fitting body. This eliminates manual data-entry errors and ensures consistent, repeatable fusion quality across the entire pipeline project.
Manufactured from virgin PE100 black polyethylene, rated PN16 for water and 10 bar for gas. Operating temperature range: -10°C to +40°C. Available in 13 sizes from DN32 to DN250mm.
