PE100 Electrofusion Transition Saddle | 1.25-2" Female BSP Threads | 4mm Auto

The electrofusion transition saddle is available with a variety of female threaded BSP connections which permit a wide range of solutions: under-pressure connections, transition to imperial threaded systems, or connection to sensing, monitoring or air release systems. The saddle welds directly onto the pipe wall, creating a fully welded, maintenance-free access point.

Threaded inserts are manufactured from brass CW614N for a robust, corrosion-resistant connection point, available in 1¼", 1½" and 2" female BSP. Covers mains from DN63 to DN250mm across SDR 11–17.6.

Manufactured from virgin PE100 black polyethylene with a 4mm automatic pin, rated PN16 for water and 10 bar for gas. Suitable for gas, water, mining and irrigation applications. Operating temperature range: −10°C to +40°C.
