The hydrostatic test is conducted at 1.5 times the rated working pressure using water, requiring the flange to maintain pressure without leakage or visible deformation. For enhanced project requirements, we offer additional testing services including ultrasonic, radiographic, magnetic particle testing, or PMI verification. We welcome third-party inspection from SGS, BV, TUV, DNV, or Lloyds at any manufacturing stage.
