1.Product Description
This product is manufactured through a complete process route: "EAF refining + vacuum degassing + continuous cast round billet → hot extrusion → multi-pass cold rolling/cold drawing → continuous solution heat treatment → precision straightening and non-destructive testing." Unlike welded pipes, the seamless structure ensures completely consistent grain flow direction and microstructural density in both axial and radial directions, fundamentally eliminating the structural inhomogeneity and residual stresses associated with weld zones. Each pipe is provided with complete material traceability markings, from heat number to finished batch, ensuring full-process quality control and traceability.

This product series is designed for engineering projects with long design life, high safety ratings, and complex load conditions. Typical applications include:
High-temperature superheater and reheater tube bundles in ultra-supercritical coal-fired power generation units

3. Product Advantages
High-reliability safety factor: The design safety factor is approximately 20% higher than that of welded pipes (with higher allowable stress values), providing greater safety margins under pressure fluctuations and thermal shock conditions, particularly suitable for high-risk industrial scenarios.
Excellent creep rupture strength: Under long-term high-temperature service (550°C~650°C), the creep rupture strength and creep limit significantly outperform welded pipes of the same grade, with a design service life exceeding 200,000 hours.
No performance degradation in HAZ: Without undergoing welding thermal cycles, the pipe's intergranular corrosion susceptibility, toughness, and hardness remain highly consistent along the entire axial length, with no localized softening or embrittlement zones.
Superior thermal shock and thermal fatigue resistance: The uniform and fine grain structure provides excellent resistance to thermal cycling impacts, making it resistant to thermal fatigue cracking under rapid heating-and-cooling alternating conditions.
Internal surface finish and flow efficiency: Cold working combined with pickling/polishing processes yields extremely low internal surface roughness, minimizing scaling and coking during long-term operation, ensuring high flow efficiency and low pressure drop losses.
Flexible customized supply: Available with positive or negative wall thickness tolerance groupings per design institute requirements, and can undergo simulated post-weld heat treatment (simulated PWHT) per specific project specifications to ensure final-state performance compliance.
