1.Product Description
This product is positioned as "traceable, verifiable, and fully compliant" engineering-grade stainless steel seamless pipe. Each pipe is incorporated into a digital quality management system from the moment of steelmaking, undergoing pre-pour spectral analysis, in-line ultrasonic testing, dual hydrostatic/pneumatic pressure tests, and optional independent third-party inspections (SGS/BV/TÜV). A complete Mill Test Certificate (MTC 3.1/3.2) is provided, covering chemical composition, mechanical properties, intergranular corrosion test results, dimensional inspection, and NDT reports. Surface quality is inspected and accepted per ASTM A530 standards, with strictly quantified allowable defect depths and repair grinding limits. Ends can be finished as Plain End, Beveled End, or Threaded per customer requirements, with rust-preventive oil and fully enclosed end caps provided.

3. Product Advantages
Full-chain traceability: From steel ingot Heat No. → piercing batch → cold-rolling lot → heat treatment furnace No. → final finished pipe ID, all process parameters are recorded in the ERP system. Any single pipe's full life-cycle data can be retrieved within 30 minutes.
Dual NDT assurance: Standard supply includes 100% Ultrasonic Testing (UT) + 100% Eddy Current Testing (ET). Magnetic Flux Leakage (MFL) or Penetrant Testing (PT) can be added per customer requirements, ensuring zero tolerance for internal and external defects.
Quantified surface defect control: Per ASTM A530/A480, allowable scratch depth is clearly defined as ≤ half of the wall thickness negative tolerance, and the wall thickness after repair grinding shall not fall below 95% of the nominal wall thickness. Acceptance criteria are clear and actionable.
Precision end geometry: Bevel angle (37.5°±2.5°), land thickness (1.6mm±0.8mm), and end squareness are strictly controlled, allowing direct fit-up welding without on-site rework, significantly saving installation man-hours.
Internationally recognized certification system: Can simultaneously provide ISO 9001, PED 2014/68/EU (CE mark), ASME U-stamp, and NORSOK M-650 material certifications, eliminating technical barriers in international trade.
Anti-corrosion coating and packaging damage prevention: External surfaces can be coated with transparent rust-preventive oil or weldable primer, with multi-layer stretch film wrapping plus wooden pallets/steel frames, ensuring no scratches, deformation, or corrosion during ocean freight and inland transshipment.
