1. Product Description 

Forged steel flanges are high-integrity connecting components manufactured by hot-working steel billets under controlled pressure and temperature. The forging process eliminates voids, refines the dendritic structure, and aligns the grain flow with the component contour, resulting in a dense, homogeneous microstructure. These flanges are produced from carbon steel, alloy steel, or stainless steel grades, conforming to ASTM, ASME, DIN, JIS, BS, EN, and GB standards.
