1. Product Description 

Nickel alloy pipe is a tubular product based on nickel, alloyed with elements such as chromium, molybdenum, iron, titanium, and aluminum. It is available in both seamless and welded types. Manufactured through cold rolling, cold drawing, or hot working processes, nickel alloy pipes can be produced as precision bright tubes, seamless pipes, and other forms, with outer diameters ranging from 0.8mm to 1200mm.

Common nickel alloy pipe grades include Inconel® series (e.g., Inconel 600, 625, 718), Monel® series (e.g., Monel 400), Hastelloy® series (e.g., Hastelloy C-276), and nickel-chromium alloys (e.g., Alloy 800). Different grades are formulated with varying alloy compositions to meet diverse service conditions ranging from cryogenic to high temperatures, and from strong acids to strong alkalis. Products comply with international standards including ASTM B161, B165, B163, B407, B423, B444, B622, B729 and ASME SB series.
