The Corrosion Resistant SS Stub Ends are specially processed stainless steel lap joint fittings engineered for chemical processing and other aggressive media applications. Manufactured to ASME B16.9 and MSS SP-43 standards, these SS stub ends combine dimensional accuracy with long-term durability through passivated stainless steel surfaces.
Every corrosion resistant stub end is produced from verified stainless steel plates and pipes with full material traceability. After forming and machining, each fitting undergoes pickling and passivation treatment to remove surface contaminants and restore the protective chromium oxide layer. This process significantly enhances anti-rust performance, extending service life even in humid, acidic, or chloride-containing environments.
