Our corrosion resistant 316L stainless steel elbow is precision-formed for piping systems that must deliver long, maintenance-free service in aggressive environments. Manufactured from low-carbon 316L austenitic stainless steel (UNS S31603) with a 2–3% molybdenum addition, this butt weld elbow provides outstanding resistance to pitting and crevice corrosion caused by chlorides, dilute acids and marine atmospheres. Every elbow is produced to ASME B16.9 dimensional standards and ASTM A403 WP316L material requirements.
