Our large diameter stainless steel elbow is engineered for high-flow pipelines, power plants and process industries that require full-bore directional changes at scale. Available from 1/2 inch up to 60 inch in both seamless and welded construction, these fittings are produced to ASME B16.9 dimensions and ASTM A403 / ASTM A815 material specifications across 304L, 316L and duplex 2205 grades. Controlled wall thickness, verified roundness and precise bevel ends ensure trouble-free fit-up and welding on site.
For diameters beyond 48 inches, we maintain dedicated forming tooling and experienced welders, allowing us to deliver dependable large-bore elbows that other suppliers cannot easily produce. Every fitting is dimensionally inspected and, where required, ultrasonically checked for wall integrity before shipment. With steady inventory of common large sizes and the ability to custom-fabricate special diameters, we keep large-scale piping projects on schedule.
Production is carried out on dedicated large-diameter forming equipment by experienced operators, ensuring consistent radius and wall uniformity across every batch. Welded seams are full-penetration welded and, where specified, radiographically or ultrasonically examined. Each finished fitting is checked for roundness and bevel preparation to support fast, accurate installation and reliable long-term performance in the field.
