This food grade sanitary stainless steel tee fitting is engineered for hygienic fluid transfer in processing lines where cleanliness and product safety are non-negotiable. Manufactured from ASTM A270 / A312 SS304 and SS316L with a fully descaled and passivated bore, the tee delivers a smooth, crevice-free interior that resists bacterial adhesion and meets 3A Sanitary Standards for dairy, beverage and pharmaceutical applications.
Every sanitary stainless steel tee is formed from certified mill test report (MTR) material, orbitally welded where required, and finished with an internal surface roughness of Ra 0.4-0.8 μm. The result is a fitting that cleans in place (CIP) and sterilizes in place (SIP) reliably, reducing downtime and extending service intervals on your production line.

The sanitary tee is produced from certified ASTM A270 and A312 material with full mill test reports. After forming, each fitting is solution annealed and passivated to remove free iron and restore a uniform chromium oxide passive layer that protects the polished surface. Electropolishing to Ra 0.25 μm is available on request for ultra-hygienic pharmaceutical applications, and every piece is individually wrapped to preserve finish during shipment.
