API 5L X42 LSAW Carbon Steel Welded Pipe
Our API 5L X42 LSAW (Longitudinal Submerged Arc Welded) carbon steel pipe is manufactured using the UOE/JCOE forming process with double-sided submerged arc welding. Meeting EN10219 and API 5L standards with steel grade S355J2H/X42, this pipe offers excellent dimensional control and weld quality for medium to large diameter applications in demanding environments.

X42 Grade Reliability: Minimum yield strength of 290 MPa with excellent toughness for sub-zero temperature service

Thick Wall Capability: Wall thickness up to 50mm for high-pressure and deep-water applications

Quality Assurance
All pipes undergo 100% hydrostatic testing, full-length ultrasonic testing of weld seams, radiographic inspection, mechanical testing (tensile, impact, hardness, guided bend), chemical analysis, and dimensional inspection. Mill Test Certificate (EN 10204/3.1) provided. Third-party inspection by SGS, TUV, BV, or DNV available.
Packaging & Delivery
Standard shipping package with plastic end caps, securely bundled with steel straps, wrapped in waterproof and UV-resistant material. Delivery within 15-30 workdays from order confirmation.
