This Boiler Superheater TP321H Seamless Stainless Steel Tube is engineered for the demanding high-temperature sections of utility and industrial boilers, where creep strength and oxidation resistance determine the working life of the unit. The 321H grade is stabilised with titanium, which ties up carbon and prevents sensitisation, so the steel retains its corrosion resistance even after prolonged exposure to temperatures between 500 °C and 800 °C. Because it is a seamless tube, there is no weld seam to crack under thermal cycling, making it well suited to superheater, reheater and main steam tube banks.
We supply the tube in outside diameters from 6 mm to 630 mm and wall thicknesses from 0.5 mm to 30 mm, in the pickled and annealed condition. The higher carbon content of the H grade delivers improved creep rupture strength compared with standard 321, allowing thinner walls and better heat transfer in boiler design. Each batch is eddy current tested and hydro tested, with the heat number, chemistry and mechanical properties recorded on the mill test certificate for full traceability.

A: TP321H has a higher carbon content than standard TP321, which raises its creep rupture strength for high temperature service. Both grades are titanium stabilised against intergranular corrosion.
