SR‑020 miniature semi‑rigid microwave cable assemblies adopt ultra‑thin SR‑020 semi‑rigid coaxial cable as the base cable, featuring seamless copper‑tube outer conductor with 100 % shielding coverage. These pre‑terminated cable assemblies support multiple commercial RF connectors: MCX, SMA, BNC, PSMP, complying with MIL‑DTL‑17 standard specifications.
The centre conductor is silver‑plated copper‑clad steel paired with solid PTFE dielectric, delivering stable 50‑ohm impedance, outstanding shielding performance and excellent cryogenic resistant capability. The cable can be pre‑formed and fixed into static bending shapes for compact layouts inside modules and cabinets. Custom lengths and connector combinations are available upon customer requirements.
Our SR-020 miniature microwave cable assembly complies with MIL‑DTL‑17 standards and delivers reliable high‑frequency performance for compact RF systems. Boasting excellent RF shielding and cryogenic tolerance from its seamless full coverage copper tube semi‑rigid structure with solid PTFE dielectric, it maintains stable 50 ohm impedance for clean signal transmission. A wide choice of connectors including MCX, SMA, BNC and PSMP simplifies system integration, while good static formability and tiny outer diameter allow custom shaping for high density, space constrained routing. Each assembly passes strict pre‑shipment electrical validation to guarantee consistent electrical parameters.
