M27500 Type RC and RE multi-core cables are high-performance shielded and jacketed assemblies designed for extreme environment applications. These cables feature either PTFE tape jackets or extruded FEP jackets, incorporating MIL‑W‑22759/11 or /12 individual component wires. Each core is insulated with extruded PTFE dielectric, ensuring exceptional thermal stability and electrical performance at high frequencies. Conductor options include silver‑plated copper (Type RC) for superior conductivity and nickel‑plated copper (Type RE) for enhanced oxidation and high‑temperature resistance. For added durability and environmental protection, PTFE tape jackets are available with our proprietary Seamless Wrap PTFE tape technology, delivering a uniform, void‑free outer layer that improves chemical resistance, mechanical strength, and long‑term reliability. Built to mili tary specifications, M27500 RC/RE cables provide outstanding EMI/RFI shielding, low signal attenuation, and consistent performance in aerospace, defense, radar, and high‑temperature industrial systems.
