RG165 M17/65 is a MIL-DTL-17 compliant 50 Ohm high temperature coaxial cable engineered for mission-critical data transmission in aerospace and defense applications. This rugged transmission line features a 7-strand silver-plated copper-clad steel center conductor and PTFE dielectric, delivering stable electrical performance in the most demanding environments. The single silver-plated copper braid shield provides robust EMI/RFI protection, while the PTFE double tape wrapping and fiberglass double braid jacket offer exceptional thermal stability, chemical resistance, and mechanical durability. With continuous operation from -55°C to +250°C, 5000V operating voltage, and 10.4mm overall diameter, RG165 is the preferred choice for aircraft avionics, ground radar systems, and defence communication installations where reliability under extreme conditions is non-negotiable.
