M27500 TE multi-core cables are shielded and jacketed assemblies featuring extruded ETFE (Ethylene Tetrafluoroethylene) outer jackets, built with MIL-W-22759/16 or /17 individual component wires. Each wire is insulated with durable extruded ETFE, delivering reliable electrical performance and excellent mechanical strength. Tin-plated copper conductor for general-purpose, cost-effective applications. Designed for high-reliability environments, these ETFE-insulated cables offer outstanding abrasion resistance, thermal stability, and long-term performance, making them ideal for aerospace, mili tary electronics, and industrial systems where durability and consistent signal integrity are essential.
