Substrate characteristics: It is essentially modified polyester fiber, with strong physical stability and not prone to mold and insects.
Processing adaptability: spinning, weaving, dyeing and finishing processes are simple, production efficiency is high, and costs are controllable
Balanced performance: medium hygroscopicity (better than ordinary polyester), good breathability, easy care, and not easy to wrinkle
Chemical stability: acid and alkali resistance, corrosion resistance, strong adaptability to common detergents
Hygroscopicity is not as good as natural fibers: Although it is better than ordinary polyester, its moisture absorption and breathability are still not as good as cotton, linen, lyocell and other natural fibers, and it may be slightly stuffy in hot environments.
High temperature sensitivity: The heat resistance is average. It is easy to deform and shrink when ironed at high temperature (over 150℃). The care temperature needs to be controlled.
Pure spinning has limited wear resistance: Pure spinning cationic fiber has weak wear resistance and is prone to fluffing after long-term high-intensity use. The wear resistance is mostly improved by blending spandex/polyester.
Slight yellowing may occur due to long-term exposure to sunlight: Although the color fastness is relatively high, some bright colors may appear slightly yellowing if exposed to strong light for a long time.
