Our Pre-Oxidized PAN Staple Fiber 1.5D ×51mm is a high-performance thermally stabilized fiber engineered from premium polyacrylonitrile (PAN) precursor through controlled pre-oxidation treatment. It features a non-melting, non-flammable ladder molecular structure, delivering exceptional flame resistance, long-term high-temperature stability, low shrinkage, and excellent spinnability.
Ideal for spinning, nonwovens, needle-punched felts, composites, and fire-retardant applications, this fiber combines consistent fineness, uniform length, and reliable batch stability to support mass production and high-quality end products.

Extreme Flame Retardancy
With an ultra-high Limiting Oxygen Index (LOI >45%), our pre-oxidized fiber is inherently non-combustible. It will not ignite, melt, drip, or support flame spread, making it a top-tier material for passive fire protection and safety-critical components.
