Our 2.78D * 38MM Bright Red Dyed Polyester Staple Fiber is a high-quality mass-dyed polyester fiber specially designed for colored textile spinning, garment blending, home textile and decorative fabric production. With vivid bright red color, stable color fastness, high tenacity and excellent spinnability, it is an ideal raw material for manufacturers who need stable red color fiber in large batches.
Adopting advanced high-temperature mass dyeing technology, the bright red color is full, vivid and saturated. The fiber color penetrates inside evenly, not only surface coloring. It features outstanding fade resistance, washing fastness, rubbing fastness and light fastness. No fading, no color bleeding and no color transfer even after repeated washing and long-term exposure to sunlight, keeping the fabric bright and new permanently.
Moderate 2.78D fineness brings soft fluffy hand feel, excellent elasticity and resilience, not easy to collapse, greatly improve fabric comfort and fullness.
38mm standard textile cutting length, neat fiber arrangement, strong cohesion, suitable for ring spinning, open-end spinning, knitting and weaving processes.
Can be blended with cotton, viscose, acrylic and other fibers freely, enrich fabric color, improve strength and wear resistance.
