Product Overview
Our 0.5D×5MM High Dispersion Short Cut Fiber is a high-performance functional fiber specially developed for wet laying, nonwoven and filtration industries. With ultra-fine 0.5D denier, ultra-short 5mm length and professional dispersion modification treatment, this fiber solves industry challenges of agglomeration, uneven dispersion and poor processing performance.
Advanced surface dispersion modification technology creates a stable hydrophilic dispersion layer, enabling quick and even dispersion in water and organic media without agglomeration, tangling or floating. The fiber maintains uniform dispersion even during high-speed stirring and long-term storage.
The 0.5D ultra-fine denier provides an extremely large specific surface area, significantly improving adsorption capacity, filtration efficiency and product softness. High-precision cutting technology ensures strict 5mm length control with excellent uniformity.
Manufactured from 100% high-quality virgin raw materials, the fiber is pure white, clean and impurity-free with low lint and no debris. It offers stable physical properties, low shrinkage and good toughness.
