This product is a uniform blend of classic ES (PE/PET) and EP (PE/PP) bi-component fibers, leveraging the strengths of both materials. ES fiber delivers excellent bonding strength, high temperature resistance and dimensional stability, while EP fiber brings superior bulkiness, soft cushioning and lower material cost.
2. Spun-Dyed Green Color, Permanent No Fading & Eco-Friendly
Adopting advanced mass pigmentation technology, the green colorant is evenly added into the polymer melt during the spinning stage, instead of post-dyeing treatment. The color is firmly fixed inside the fiber body, achieving washing and rubbing fastness above Grade 4.
3. Low Temperature PE Sheath Bonding, Adhesive-Free & Food-Grade Safe
Both ES and EP fibers adopt a concentric sheath-core structure with food-grade PE as the outer layer. The PE sheath melts fully and uniformly at 110-120°C to form stable physical bonding points between fibers. No chemical adhesives, glues or binders are required.
4. 3D Medium Denier + 51mm Universal Length, Wide Process Compatibility
The 3D medium denier specification perfectly balances fiber strength, bulkiness and softness. The 51mm standard cut length is universally compatible with all mainstream carding machines, air through bonding lines, needle punching machines and air laid equipment worldwide.
5. Moderate 3D Crimp, High Bulk & Uniform Web Formation
The fiber is designed with moderate three-dimensional crimp, which brings excellent inter-fiber cohesion and high fluffy bulk. After carding and web forming, the fiber web has uniform surface weight, no streak defects and good three-dimensional fluffiness.
