Adopting precision flat spinneret melt spinning technology, each fiber forms a uniform ribbon-shaped flat cross section. Different from the weak diffused reflection of ordinary round fibers, the flat surface produces strong mirror reflection effect, presenting super bright, soft and advanced silk-like luster.
The flat cross section enlarges the fiber covering area significantly. Compared with ordinary round polyester fiber of the same denier, it provides 20-30% higher coverage capacity, effectively reducing unit fabric raw material cost.
The flat fiber structure brings delicate smooth touch and natural draping property, getting rid of the stiff and plastic feeling of ordinary round polyester. Finished fabrics hang elegantly and smoothly, fit body lines naturally.
The flat fiber surface increases dye adsorption area, with full and uniform dye penetration. It presents deeper, brighter and more saturated color than ordinary round fiber after dyeing, with Grade 4-5 color fastness.
2.5D denier balances luster performance and fiber strength perfectly. Standard 38mm cotton-type fixed cut length matches all mainstream spinning equipment perfectly with smooth carding and low flying waste.
