This 2D black tow fiber adopts advanced melt dope-dyeing technology with nano carbon black particles uniformly fused into the fiber molecular structure, not traditional post-dyeing treatment. The deep black color is integrated permanently, never fading, bleeding or turning gray after repeated washing, long-term sunlight exposure and mechanical friction.
Optimized 2D fine denier specification brings ultra-fine fiber fineness, featuring soft, smooth and skin-friendly texture without coarse or stiff feeling. Compared with conventional coarse denier black fiber, it can produce high-density, delicate and flawless fabric surface.
With intrinsic static dissipation formula, the fiber can automatically release static charge generated by friction during spinning and wearing. It effectively avoids static entanglement, dust adsorption and garment clinging problems.
Uniformly dispersed nano carbon black particles form a natural UV shielding layer, effectively resisting ultraviolet radiation and oxidative aging. The fiber will not yellow, brittle or lose strength under long-term outdoor sun exposure.
